Quality and thoroughness are keywords for us and as part of the quality assurance all essential documents are always reviewed by two different persons dealing with the matter before they leave the house. As another important parameter of the quality assurance we continuously prioritize knowledge sharing and development for our employees.
  2. All clients are attached to an responsible partner at Sandel, Løje & Partnere - and the client is always welcome to contact the client responsible partner in case he wish to discuss matters relating to the handling of the case or other subjects.
  3. Especially if the client should have complaints regarding our service we would highly appreciate being contacted instead of the client just changing to another law firm. Should real complaints arise it is our procedure that the client responsible partner discusses the complaint with the employee involved and with another partner - all in order to ensure that we are able to present the client with a reasonable solution to the problem.
