Susie Arnesen

Susie Arnesen is a lawyer entitled to plead before the High Courts of Denmark. She has been working with intellectual property rights since 1983. The primary focus areas are counseling of Danish and foreign companies regarding establishment, maintenance and enforcement of trademark and design rights both nationally and abroad always placing a special focus on the commercial aspects. Preparing a protection and enforcement strategy is a natural part of this counseling and Susie focus her attention on - in co-operation with the client - finding the commercially most reasonable solutions also with regard to conflict situations.

Susie takes an active part in PTMG and INTA where she during several years has participated as a lecturer and commentator.

Before Susie joined SLW in 2001 she was the administrative leader of trademarks and a partner with one of the biggest patent and trademark agencies in Copenhagen.
