Johan Løje

Johan Løje has the right to appear before the Supreme Court and has more than 15 years of experience dealing with trademark and design applications and lawsuits regarding these areas. Furthermore, he is also advising on and litigating in patent matters. Johan has a LL.M. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and is teaching advanced marketing law at the University of Copenhagen.

Johan is also a popular lecturer and teaches intellectual property rights and international matters. On several occasions Johan has been appointed intellectual property expert by the EU Commission and has in that capacity amongst others taught intellectual property rights to Chinese superior court judges and enforcement of good marketing practice to the Chinese AIC.  Johan is counsel for Danish Designers and is a member of the international organization Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance.

He is also a member of the board of WWF World Wide Fund for Nature, Denmark.
