1. At Sandel, Løje & Partnere the case handling takes place in accordance with applicable law, including the Administration of Justice Act and the code of conduct of the Danish Law Society and the regulation on client accounts. Furthermore we ensure that there does not exist any kind of conflict of interest or loyalty in the cases handled.
2. Sandel, Løje & Partnere is subject to the law regarding preventive measures against laundering of money and for that reason we obtain and file information about the client's identity.
