What is not patentable?

Discoveries and an activity of thought are as mentioned above not patentable. The invention has to be a practical reality and thus reproducible.

Non-patentable things are inter alia scientific theories, species of plants, breeds of animals, human genes in their natural condition, procedures within surgical or therapeutic treatment, artistic creations and generally inventions whose use would be in conflict with moral conduct or law and order.
