What is misrepresentation?

Commercial advertisements, pamphlets, commercials and other marketing material have to be correct. Therefore, it cannot be misleading or lack any information that is necessary for the consumer to assess the offer.

 

Nor can a businessman use procedures or courses of business that may be misleading or improper/unreasonable towards consumers and other businessmen. All in all the marketing has to be correct, decent and truthful and the businessmen shall behave loyally and honest.
