Which kind of restrictions apply to the copyright?
In some cases the Copyright Act provides the possibility of restricting the exclusive right, including through the provisions regarding consumption, compulsory license and extended collective license.
Other possibilities are copying for private use and the right of quotation. The main rule for these exceptions is, however, that any potential reproduction may only be made on the basis of legal specimen, references to name and source has to be in compliance with good practice and the exceptions do not apply to the originator's ideal rights.
