About us
Sandel, Løje & Wallberg was established by Jette Sandel, Johan Løje and Knud Wallberg in 2000. The idea behind the company was to establish a law office specialized in all aspects of intellectual property and thus being able to assist the clients with advice regarding establishment of protection of rights as well as enforcement of the rights.
Jette Sandel made her acquaintance with intellectual property rights at the Danish Patent and Trademarks Office where she was head of the design department. In 1990 she established her own trademark agency primarily working with registration of trademarks.
Johan Løje started his career in intellectual property rights with a recognized patent and trademark agency in 1993 achieving a considerable interface with protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights at home and abroad.
Knud Wallberg came from a position as head of the trademark department at the Danish Patent and Trademark Office where he had participated in forming the trademark legislation in Denmark in 7 years, including being responsible for the implementation of the EU trademark system in Denmark.
Sandel, Løje & Wallberg has grown organically during the first 10 years and now consist of 25 employees and partners who constitutes one of the most essential players on the Danish market for counsels regarding trademarks and designs who on a continuous basis conducts a large number of legal proceedings for clients at home and abroad.

Our counseling has to be unpretentious and result-oriented and provide our clients with the possibility of benefitting the most from their opportunities.
Mission
In order to achieve this goal we attach great importance to keeping up with the development and needs of our clients in order for us to be able to proactively inform them of new opportunities and relevant development under the branch of jurisprudence and the practice to follow it.
We also attach great importance to being updated on the newest development of the area in both Denmark as well as abroad and thus our employees have high focus on in-service training, teaching and giving lectures. Finally we emphasize only working together with the best advisers in other countries.
